    Prepayments and Deposits

    • Houw Hoek Hotel requires a 100% deposit prior to arrival
    • We will issue a confirmation of reservation on receipt of your deposit
    • We are authorised to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards

    Cancellation Policy

    • Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 21 days of arrival
    • If a booking is cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged
    • Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room
