- Single treatments vary from a 20-minute back, neck and shoulder massage to our signature 90-minute Ginkgo 'Ataraxia' massage.
- Our Touch and Spa body treatments include a complimentary 20-minute sauna.
- The combination day packages from the Ginkgo Leaf Collection are popular and ensure that you will leave our sanctuary relaxed and rejuvenated with your skin nourished, your body soothed and your mind calmed.
Spa Pool Rules

- Guests must be 16 years of age or older and be able to swim.
- A confirmed spa treatment booking is required for pool access (manicure and pedicure treatments are excluded).
- Please shower before entering the pool, particularly after treatments.
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
- Pool sessions are intended for relaxation between treatments and will be thoughtfully scheduled by your therapist. Sessions are limited to 30–40 minutes, with a maximum of six guests at a time.
- We ask guests to maintain a quiet, tranquil atmosphere—please avoid shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive behaviour.
- For safety reasons, diving, jumping, and running in the pool area are not permitted.
- Kindly refrain from cell phone conversations in the pool area.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in the pool area.
- The spa operates under a strict non-smoking policy.
